Early retired certified teacher; ventured into the entrepreneur area. I'm currently a business owner of 2 growing entities. I'm a member of a women's real estate investment group; we bought, rehabbed, and sold the house in just 21 DAYS!! I'm looking for other investors that would like to make at least 8%-10% on ROI. All legal documents were completed by our real estate attorney. In the future I would like to invest in commercial properties as well. I invite all that may have leads to assist in this area.
