I am an experienced CFO/COO for small to mid-size businesses. I have been through hyper growth, recessions, turnarounds, acquisition and sale of businesses, and most situations in between. I am familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), export and ITAR regulations, Human Resources issues, and I can read a contract. Working as a part-time CFO/COO for small businesses, I can take on the administrative tasks and operational problems that consume the owner's time, allowing him or her spend their time growing the business.
