In order to be successful you need a strong work ethic and a positive mind. Background or experience in the business that you are seeking out is a MUST. After I received my degree I never thought anything could happen to me that would alter my family and take a toll on me. Less than two months after the experience occurred, I got over it and decided that I want to speak about it. I am an advocate against workplace bullying, harassment and retaliation in the workplace.
