Hi my name is Peyton Ginyard and I am 25 years old and reside in Atlanta, GA I have a lovely fiancée and a 2 year old son. I enjoy learning about everything that pertains to business whether it’s about franchising, small businesses or corporations. However, my passion is real estate. I enjoy reading books about real estate and entrepreneurship. A few of my favorite authors on the subject are Russ Whitney, Carlton Sheets, Donald Trump, and Robert Kiyosaki. All these books give great knowledge and steps on how to be an entrepreneur and how to succeed in real estate. One of my main goals is to own my own real estate firm. And in doing so I need the knowledge on how the business world works.
