I am the Executive Director of RIGHT LEAD' "Kids Helping Horses Help Kids". This is a non-profit for rescued horses to be rehomed to good people, as well as a theraputic program for At- Risk kids and teens. I am the only paid employee but we have many voluteers that make this program succeed. We have a board of trustees that help with fund raising.
