I am a senior living professional with experience in managing independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing. I have a very successful track record of profitable P&L management. I love the challenge of going into an under performing senior care community and driving it to profitability and improving the quality of life for the residents and team members. I focus on conducting real change based on industry best practices and time tested management and leadership principles.
I have 8+ years in the field and have spent that time in roles as administrator, executive director and consultant.
I have a B.A. in Business Administration from Webster University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
