Mutually Agreed Terms
$10,000 cash loan, at 11% for 12 months (1-year) on
Month-to-month repayment basis, which commences 30-days after Borrower is provided with the full $10,000 loan in cash;
Lender is remitted 5%
Borrower agrees to provide Lender with 50 Shares Common
