I've worked at Alcoa of S.C. for 30 years as an equipment operator. My last 10 years was dedicated to the training of fellow employees at the plant and from other plants that Alcoa owns. (including overseas plant) I have experience in training emplooyees on organizing their work loads to make the job more comfortable, safe and beneficial to the company. My philosophy has always been: "Do it right the first time and save the trouble of redoing it again" I am a Master at what I do.
