my major interest is in buying and selling real estate, creating equity either by rehab or/and restructuring financing.
Currently I am concentrating on acquiring s/f houses with $100K difference between ask and assessment--generally reselling for $250K or less. The preferred plan is to hold for 3-5 years until market has turned and equity further builds up. location BOOMING Virginia Beach/Norfolk.. I have 30 yrs experience dealing with investments.

To complete these deals I need contract partners, private lenders and credit partners ( I use my cash on credit only deals).
