I am always researching the food & beverage industry, and continuing to learn about different cuisines, wines and spirits to increase my knowledge. I have used this knowledge to design new types of menus and suggest wines to pare with different types of cuisines for many catering events, personal clients and restaurants I have worked in. I love cooking for people and seeing the delight after they taste my food.
My family has always been in the food and beverage business since the early eighties and the one thing they have instilled in me is consistency, consistency, consistency. If you don't have consistency in your business you will fail. Food is the soul of our life, creating new and interesting cuisine helps our soul grow.
