I come to Canada 4 months ago, with a job offert, when I was here, to the 20 days my possible "employer" told me: We don't go to contract you. He never explain me the reason. Also, in the job offer says: "This contract is valid only when the employee take the functions of the job". Like you see, I never had contract. My work permit finishes in March 23th/2010 and it is completely closed. I have applied to many companies, but I haven't found other employer, which can change my work permit. I have to express you that I want to apply as a permanent resident as a skilled worker, because I'm professional.
