When I put in my website address for my primary business it will not accept it

my website is www.javajoan.OrganoGold.com/na/biz/
my shortened domain name for that site is www.javajoan.com
It will accept neither

Hi Joan,
Where are you trying to input your company's web address? Are you trying to add it as a link on your profile? If so, I tried entering both of the URLs you mentioned as a link on my profile and they were added just fine. (Don't worry, I immediately deleted them once I saw that they worked.)
