How do I get to register as 8a and get work for my shop? I am registered for the matchmaking in SSF on 7-14. What can I do to get some work

I have done some work for the Lawrence Livermore Labs but I don't get much of it. They like my work but I can't find a good buyer. My customers all like my work but all I can find are little rinky dink jobs.
I have 2 CNC mills, one CNC lathe, 2 manual mills, one manual lathe and other equipment in a 2400 square foot shop in North Tracy. I need work.
