I am in the early stages of a new internet start-up. What are typical equity splits for for those willing to work initially for equity only

I am starting a social networking site and have several individuals working in marketing and website design and they are willing to work initially in exxhange for equity once the company gets launched. They would all be likely employees of the new company after capital is raised. I am seeking advice on usual equity splits for early employees for an Internet startup.

Well, at first you wont really make anything and you will need to tell them that you wont be able to pay them until you know there is enough after hosting fees
