Where would I find a self-motivating professional, wanting to make a career change, with good instincts & able to buy a 20 yr old business

The person(s) needs to have executive mgt skills, marketing/PR & negotiation skills, be mission-driven & of a level of high integrity & character. Business is a niche book publishing firm, well-established, highly regarded. A love of reading, an appreciation for history, sciences, & commerce, and a love for the outdoors is a given. Desire to do something new might be a good thing. Living in San Diego County, or willing to move there would be a pre-requisite.
