www.allbusiness.com has a wide range of standard agreements you can purchase as does one that is getting a lot of press: www.legalzoom.com/.
But before you do it yourself consider the help of an attorney. General contracts are just that, general. You need one designed in your best interest with the unique aspects to fit your situation.
