Each order (consisting of household items such as furniture, electronics, etc.) would require the collection of the ordered products from multiple suppliers in one place, the packaging together of all the products in the customer's order, the storing of those customer packages (possibly for weeks or months), and the delivery of each package on a specific date. I've been advised to outsource that receipt, repackaging, storage, and delivery system, but given my unusual needs, I'm not sure a customized outsourcing solution wouldn't be prohibitively expensive. I'm planning on looking into supply chain services such as FedEx's (http://fedex.com/us/supplychain/services/), but I could really use expert guidance. Thank you!
