Hi, Dorothy. If you go to the "Opportunity" tab located across the top of the page, select "Find Opportunities." You can then enter your city, state, or zip code, along with some key words about the position you're looking for. I ran a quick search on Delaware and it returned quite a few results. Newspapers, State employment office, Libraries, Search firms.
Sometimes if you start out volunteering, it can lead to a position.
