You are also looking for a business partner, One of the first items a partner will want
to read is your business plan. Do you have a lawyer??

Karen, A SCORE counselor can provide guidance on writing a business plan. Its free. Go to www.score.org to find one near to you. Also, there are software packages that take a fill in the blanks approach to creating a business plan. Business Plan Pro is a good one. A way to get an overview of the process is to go to the score website and take our on line business plan tutorial. In the end you are the one who has to do the research, make decisions about content and write the words and spread sheets.
