Try http://businessfinance.com/ which has about every type of finance need you can think of. Realize that regardless of the financing option they will be looking for collateral.
Also depending on the training you are doing, it may be worth your while to explore the Federal and State grant websites. Grants are few and far between but the ones that are available are aimed at training or eduction. See www.grants.gov and your Senators information on grants on this website:
