I have a design for an aerospace thruster which is not based on the usual pyrotechnics. It can perform in the atmosphere, outside the atmosphere and beneath water. With a specific energy source, it can provide thrust continuously for years. I have a conceptual design with years of research to support the current design. I need funding to provide for production of a prototype. www.glm-energetics.com has a business plan.

You can Google SBIR/STTR to find the latest federal government opportunity postings for research. Since tomorrow (October 1) is the beginning of the new fiscal year, these postings are coming out in abundance. Alternatively, you can search the Federal Business Opportunities ( www.fbo.gov ) for opportunities.
