I'm looking for small business owners in the US that need funding for their company's payroll and other business expenses. They must have monthly accounts receivable invoices in the amount of $10,000, they must need funding
immediately, and must have a secured contract with a city, state, or the federal government or a major firm. I'm looking for SERIOUS entrerpreneurs that need funding, not people that are just curious and then use stall tactics and avoid further conversations. This is a Factoring Program. I did a little checking and there are quite a few people doing searches for payroll funding. I would suggest having someone build a keyword stratigy for your industry ( city specific ) in your top converting states. If you target an SEO campaine toward the small businesses your looking to reach i am sure you will be happy with your results!

Trying to target such a niche market like you are, SEO would be a good start in my opinion.
