I am trying to enter a new opportunity for a partner. I fill out the form completely but when I go to select preview I receive the error.

The error is :
Please correct the following 4 errors:
Please enter a lower budget limit
Please enter a valid budget amount
Please enter a upper budget limit
Please enter a valid upper budget amount

I cannot find this information on this form on this page. How do I add an opportunity?
