I am developing modules or programs used by juniors and seniors in hs and young adults in colleges. I will copyright my programs but let say the Board of Education or any other non profit like my modules and wants to use them within their organization or business how do I charge them, and do I license or rent this information to them? Do I need an attorney to set this up? Or is this just some type of partnership and I can charge whatever?
