How to obtain all the needed insurances for such a business including health insurance? What are all the strategic steps to do so?

You should probably consult with "two" independent insurance agents. One who specializes in property/casualty insurance and another who specializes in health and benefit insurance. An independent agent can provide you with competing quotes from a variety of insurance companies. The agent could also help you determine the type of coverages and the limits of insurance you will need. There is no direct cost to you for the agents services since they are compensated based on commissions of the insurance policies they sell. // Alan
