Looking to venture into sales within the next 12-18 months. Working with a company who is excited about my ideas. Need a basic bus model

I am a Dir. of Man for a company, exploring ways to save / make the company money.
I specifically hit on a paper recycling program and alternative energy program which will net us over $200,000.00 yearly.
Along my travels of researching to get to this point, I met up with a young owner of a recycling company who offers energy as a value added service.

I called him to explain, if I can help my company and from a customers perspective and many contacts I have, I believe I can be an asset to his company in a sales consulting position. (I am looking for a career change planned in steps)

He and I met and were on the same page with many of the ideas.

I have been contacting several business relations asking them if they would introduce us to their clientele of which they are happy to help me.

The gentlman, Ralph who I would work for asked me to put together a business model on how we can first build a referral base to generate income while holding onto my full-time job till the cash flow can sustain and exceed my current salary.
The bus model would also have to explain more in detail how I would continue to build a client base and generate sales.

I need help to build an action oriented Business model.
