Is there any special way to look for a investor to open a indoor shooting range and gun store? It is big business with great returns.

I have the building and the labor to finish. I need the air handler and the $30,000 to buy the weapons for start up inventory and rental. It will be the only indoor range that you can buy, or rent a weapon, purchase ammunition and shoot in the same facility, with no competition within 100+ miles.
