I live in a place where there is only 20,000 people.i want to start automotive workshop,as a foregner in the area how can i gain costomers.

first there is few automotive workshop alrady in the area but they are bigger than what i have in mind to start,i have no capital money to start this but intend to borrow from Bank,though the percentage of the people that knows me for automoble dealer is 7% of fellow foregners and 3% of indigines of the place,i have in mind to employ only one person plus myself at the begining,so please i need your help because am scade of paying lent and taxes wirthout profiting anything.
