Don't merely tell potential clcients what your group believes in, explain to them how you will do those things for them, either by improving their current website if they have one, or by creating a first ever website for businesses that don't already have one. But you're going to have to do that one client at a time, unless your group has the money to do create several marketing campaigns. Someone is going to have to do some selling - letting people know your groups exists and what it can do. Businesses are not going to stand in line at your door simply because you exist.
