Steven R. Lewandowski posted a new question on 11/20/2009

We are in need of help from someone that might be able to take a look at our current business and suggest ways to improve.

I feel marketing, operational methods, and generating "cash flow" are our immediate concerns that need to be addressed.

Hi Steven,

SCORE also has local counselor who can help you as well. There are local offices all over the country and you can find your and request a counselor here:
http://www.score.org/findscore/index.html

Type in your zip code and up will pop a list of the closest office, then fill out the request for counselor form and they local office will assign someone is a few days.

Recognize the Wade, who answered this first, is a Consultant who will work specifically for you, most likely on a project bases for a fee. His attention will be focused the task at hand and delivering to you an agreed to report/answer/etc.

SCORE counselors are just that, counselor who will try to help YOU analyze and YOU determine the issue -- but will not deliver a written recommendation. SCORE counselor pull from their own pass experience to help as they can for free.

Good luck with filling your needs.
Alice, SCORE Pittsburgh
