BINCS system information to identify business/services

What does JFP information stand for fromthe BINCS cross referance system? Do I need to complete info and where do I do so? I was researching my info to see if it needed to be updated and found that this area was void of information "no JPC information exists". I would like to complete the information if it applies to my business.
