For the last year I have been a dedicated buyer for a Homevestor franchise (the We Buy Ugly Homes guys) buying undervalued residential real estate in the Denver area to be fixed and resold at retail prices.
Last year we did over 80 homes and the market is still great in Denver if you know where to invest.
I am adequately funded to do a few deals on my own, and I am looking for private lenders who want a return of 8%-15% on their money as a passive investor secured by a first Deed of Trust on residential real estate in the Denver area in amounts as little as $50k (cash, 401k, IRA, etc).
