For new business owners, have you realised that off the rack software for your company doesn't really fill your specific needs? Do you think that customised software costs a bomb? What's your view on this?

I think there's definitely a need for customised solutions as this seem to work with more businesses.
The concern is whether its cost effective or if the programmers can handle the demand.
