I have a Master's degree in Education. I found a place to open a school but it is 40-45 min. To commute. Should I go for it?

Should I open my business 40-45 minutes from my home or is that too far?

Many people have 45-minute commutes; I don't think it's too far if that's your best/only location option and you're really passionate about this endeavor. If the school is successful and the commute becomes bothersome, you could always move closer to the school.
