This may not be all your need but there is a customer service number that may be able to help you further.
If you are planning to build a lot, you then need to look at zoning regulation, etc.
consider contacting your local SCORE office for Free help. There are counselor who will sit down with you to help not only develop business plan but discover the resources you need to know to create your plan. See www.score.org and use the Find SCORE option, then fill out their request for counseling form.
