I need a programer business partner.

I need help getting a business idea off the ground. I've been toying and working on this idea for years now but it's never been realized. The vary VARY basic idea involves creating web based solutions for small businesses. I'm seeking a business partner in the New York metropolitan area with exquisite development skills. Not just in web development (html, javascript, css, and so on) but also with experience with languages like Objective-C, Java, and so on. I have a background in UX, design, business, and marketing but I lack the actual development skills to make this happen.

I'm not really interested in going on the journey alone so I'd like to team up with like minded individuals to really make something we can be proud of.

I'm working on my masters for software engineering at OSU, I work with HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL....I might be able to help, is it still just an idea or working progress you can share with us?

I guess I would say it's somewhere in the mucky point just past the concept phase. The service is designed as a full blown desktop class web application. I've designed the application and Its pretty much done. Raw elements are pretty much ready to go and I have a business plan that just needs some tweaks. I'm really interested in performance so I'm aiming to utilize a framework like cappuccino along with perhaps php or node for the back end.
