Looking to have a nonpatented product/formulation copied.

I found a product that is not patented. It is imported to this country , but is quite expensive. The container and packaging gives no clues as to its ingredients. I have the MSDS, which offers scant information.

My question is how do I go about findingout the composition of this product? From the MSDS, I do not think it is too complex.
Are there labs that do such things? Approximatelyhow much will this work cost?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Kim

Yes, there are any number of Chemical Analysis Labs .... simply search online to find one such as this: http://www.chemir.com/Services/MaterialsIndentification.asp

or use the Thomas Registry, a research book you can find at your local Library or online at:
http://www.thomasnet.com/

Just be certain to understand what the results are. A chemical analysis will not be the same as an ingredients list. Check the Federal labeling laws before you invest in a chemical analysis if you need to label for sale.
