Need some handholding to get a business plan made. Many obstacles to financing for me. Need about 50k. Help?

In January of 2010 I decided to start a Food Concession Business. Couldnt get financing to start it in June. Traveled with another concession business for the summer instead. Now I want to move forward to some degree with my goal.

Need some handholding to get a business plan made. I can find a reasonably priced food cart, and i can secure a route with the group i was with over the summer. Many obstacles in financing for me. Need about 50k. Help? Relatives are out of the question.

You may need a combination of funds such as angel investments, loans and grants. Please check out http://www.ebusinessstartups.net/Grants.php for some grant ideas.
