What are my duties to Ministry of Finance when I want to be an enterpreneur and start my business in USA? Do I have to have an ID or VAT ID?
When I search internet and people who are offering some e-commerce and they are not ltd or other company; I see on contact page just their name and location, no Identification number or VAT identification number at all. Does it mean that you don't need in USA the ID when you run a business.
I am not a native. I am living now in Europe, Czech republic. However, here we need an ID from financial office when we want to start and run a business as an enterpreneur.
We also include this number on every invoice for customer.
