Be careful not to involve anyone in this process who doesn't contribute. And don't you be the one wanting the gain but not giving your own positive input to the others.

Thats true. It is good to learn strategies from the experienced entrepreneurs, may it be through forums, events or by reading on relevant books and articles about business.
