I want to start a business dealing with "Notes", such as a Real Estate Note. All I do is find Noteholders and then find potential Note buyers. I charge a referral fee if the Noteholder agrees to the offer that the Note buyer is willing to pay. The Noteholder get a large sum of cash now for their future payments. The two parties will work out all the legal stuff with their Tiltle Insurance so that the deed or title can be transferred to the note buyer.
