Does anyone know where I can obtain information on finding a product rep and distributer for my paper goods/stationery?

I have a stationery business and am looking to expand my product lines etc. I am in need of a rep and a distributor. Does anyone know where I can start to look to obtain this information?

Find the Trade Association that represent your industry and then look at the membership list, convention exhibitor (nationals and regional) for contacts. AND by trade association look to both the manufactures avenue and the distribution avenue. Typically there will be unique ones for both.

The other tricky way to find them is to find a competitor that carries a line of products you want and then dig for the name of the distributor. NEWS search, not general searches often pop up names.
