For starters, I think you need a new name. That name sounds like a sleazy nightclub. You need a trustworthy, caring name like "Forever Connections" or something.
What do you provide in terms of services? Video? Phone calls? Pictures? A guarantee of the same person visiting the loved one on a consistent basis? What's the reason -- because I want my family member to have regular visits, because I want to check they're being taken care of properly, etc.? Do you have insurance in case an elderly person is being abused and you do not know/report it?
The most logical place to market services would be through the homes themselves. You could give them a cut of the fees in exchange for referring you to residents' families. You might also check for support groups for family members with loved ones in a home.
