Sydney Lo posted a new Legal Issues thread on 4/6/2010

I have an LLC. And not know when to pay the fee on it.

I am new to LLC. So i do not really know when I have to pay the fee to have one. Also does anyone have any good books that they recommended to help me out.

Most LLCs are registere through the Secretary of State's office in the particular state in which the business is to be conducted. Fee information can be obtained there. As for books on the subject of LLCs, given the way they discount prices, check Amazon.com and enter "Books about LLC" in the search field.
