Building a Management Team

I own 50% of a Start-Up in the concept phase. How do I find the right people to add to our management team?

Finding the right people for the job is critical to a start up. In our company I took our job descriptions for each job and sent them to business associates and close friends for referrals. Surprisingly I was able to fill key roles in our business with great success. Just remember the most important part of building a successful team is finding people who share the same excitement and passion as you do about the company and service/product you offer.
