Can someone give me some suggestions on the best social media channels for a small aerospace contractor? Should I even try it?

Marketing is all about awareness and social media is an excellent way to create, build and maintain awareness. Plus sales efforts need reach and Linkedin, Facebook and others offer beneficial ways to find connections and to stay in touch with limited effort. Both off ways to search with in that media to find and connect with target customers, contacts and competitors. So YES, social media is definitely a tool to add to your marketing and sales plans. At the minimum a professional presence in both of the above and perhaps others related to you field is becoming expected as a show of professionalism and a demonstration of progressive business strategies.
