I am very good at flipping houses and making a good profit. Where can I find an investors to fund my projects?

I will do all the work to rehab the homes & I need someone to handle the financing to buy the projects. All you have to do is that and I will do all the labor and construction. I have a licensed construction supervisrr who will oversee and handle the rehab part and my husband is a licensed septic installer who will take care of any septic system updates that will probably be needed. Does anyone want to finance & hold title to these projects to rehab and resale and just make a good profit thru my knowledge connections and effort?
