Are there any companies willing to come together for the people returning to society from jail/prison to our communities?

You may wish to see if Goodwill or Salvation Army run their programs in your area. They both have programs in select regions of the country. There are also several Foundation or NGO's that focus on this area. Check in Charity Navigator.
