Looking for a business partner for existing blog

Blog is diseaseaday.com -

I'm the founder of the site and in charge of its content and design (the "creative"). In order for the site to take off I need a partner with experience in blog marketing (including SEO, link building, social media, etc.) and business development (which in this case means mainly managing advertising, as well as other financial issues).
