I am currently in the midst of development of a website that will be targeting college students and will offer them solutions to make extra money through a very niche freelance platform.
I have a job during the day as a commodities trader and I am developing the website at night and on week ends with a team of independent contractors I hired abroad.
I have learned Project management skills throughout this project but a strong weakness of mine going into this venture is my lack of technical knowledge,
I need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and has competences in Database management, Server management, knows how to do simple Webmastering tasks, some programming knowledge and even better if you have design knowledge and someking of business logic of course.
The goal is not to build the website since it's almost there but to make sure that it runs properly, develop it, and make the launch as smooth as possible.
The opportunity will most likely be rewarded through a percentage of the Profits the company will make and a salary in the long run as COO or CTO as the company becomes profitable and successful.
